If WASHSKIT is not right for your caps, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will help make it right.
30-day returns
Unused items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must include the cage, mesh bag, and original packaging.
Start a return
Email support@washskit.com with your order number and reason for return. We will reply with the next steps and a return address. Please do not send an item back before receiving instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and checked, your refund is issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
